Witchy Scent Showcase: Sage & Lavender

We're starting a new biweekly learning series called "Witchy Scent Showcase" where we explore the witchy properties of the scents we use!
Sage: Sage is often used in smoke cleansing and is associated with removing negativity from spaces. It is also associated with healing and promoting a sense of peace. White sage is used in the closed practice smudging rituals of some Indigenous Canadian and American cultures and is also over-harvested. You can substitute white sage for garden sage just fine in any spell or smoke cleansing bundle.
Lavender: Lavender can aid with calming and sleep, as well as welcoming love and peace to your space. It is also often used in smoke cleansing to banish evil spirits.
